I had Mr. Blair my senior year, and he always brought a smile to the classroom and was very dedicated to teaching his students. He was a fun guy to talk to and get to know, just an overall great person. My thoughts are with Mrs. Blair and baby Vaughn, as I cannot imagine what a difficult time you must be going through. Please stay strong for Vaughn, Jodee. We’re all there for you always.
Dear Friends,
Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers….
May God bless you now and always………
I knew Justin slightly and liked him enormously. During our brief visits at Tech, I enjoyed his great intelligence and wit. He also had a bearing and manner of speaking that set him apart. My husband and are grateful he taught our two oldest children AP English and regret that
a young teacher of talent is lost to the school community. Our prayers go out to Jodee.

Dear Sandi, David, Kaiya, Tanner, Jodee, Little Vaughn and Family,
Snipets of Justin have been flashing through all of our memories this past week. Justin will always be Erik’s “Stand By Me” figure, defender of those who were too small and alone to stand by themselves. Happy memories of laughing, playing football and soccer in Custer Park when the boys were young. Justin has always been “honorary big brother” to Erik, Anders and Thor. Short chats about books and authors and becoming a teacher in the Blair livingroom on one of my many visits to see Sandi. The proud introduction to his lovely wife Jodee during a quick Christmas visit home from Idaho and Minnesota. Lastly, the caring smile and the depth behind it will forever be held in our hearts. How blessed we all have been to have had his “light” in our lives. We are so far away, but hope you can feel the love in our hearts and our arms and the angels wings holding you during this difficult time.
In Peace and Friendship,
Cheryl and Brian Monson, the Olson Brothers and the Moe Family
