Anthony & Annika,
You had a beautiful mother. I can remember when I was a kid; I thought Julie was the coolest cousin ever. I can remember hearing her stories at Grandma Av house and thinking to myself, when I get to be Julie’s age I want to be just like her. She would always talk about all of the friends she had and all of the events she got to go to. I don’t think she ever had a dull moment. My favorite memory of your mom, is watching her with both of you. I to hope to be a great mother like your mom was to both of you. She was always hugging one of you, smiling with delight. She was beautiful.

You both showed our Julie such love and compassion. May she watch over us as you both did over her. She has touched our hearts. I admire both hers and yours strength, stubbornness, and the will to never give up.
With Love – Ginny

My families thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. Julie was a person that made you feel welcomed the minute you met her. She was a wonderful person. God bless you and your family
I am so sorry to hear the news of Julie’s passing. Though I have never personally met her, Bob or the kids, I feel like I knew them thru the stories that Kathy, Joe & Amy have shared with me over the years that I have been their friend. They have always talked about what good parents they were & all of the activities, as well as how much fun they have. I commend Julie’s, as well as Bob & the kids’s determination & courage while she fought the Big “C”. My heart goes out to you, Bob, the kids, & both families. Whatever life brings you, Julie will be forever in all of your hearts & will be an angel watching over you & protecting you. My thoughts & prayers are with you all during this tragic time.
We were very saddened by the news that we have lost Julie. She was such an upbeat, vivacious person and handled her illness with such grace.
Bob-
It was great to see you this past fall while E-man was in town and get caught up on each others lives. Julies long battle was truly heroic and amazing. She sounded like she had a strong will to continue that fight. I specifically remember attending your wedding and noticing the enthusiasm that Julie had for life. She seemed to be something truly special in your life. Due to other obligations, I will not be able to attend the funeral but just know that my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your children. Be strong for Julie. Let’s keep in touch.
Sincerely.. your friend,
Ty Hovet
Bob,
We are so sorry…Julie was such a sweet and gentle friend! She was always so supportive and encouraging us to look to God. We were very blessed by her! She was always there for me for all of my 3 surgeries and treatments! Always cheering me on…always giving…always smiling through it all when times were tough for herself! She is greatly missed here…Ellie (9 1/2 yrs old) misses her too! She was devastated when she heard. Julie truly touched everyone with her love and graciousness.
Our prayers are with you and Anthony & Annika and Laurie.
Bob, Anthony and Annika,
Our hearts go out to you at this time. Your love for Julie and her love of you will always be there…
Laurie, Doug and family,

Bob, Annika and Anthony,
We will miss Julie but will keep her in our hearts. What a friend. She carried that beautiful smile with her everywhere she went. We are so happy to have known her as well as we did. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.
