And, in her later years, she spent about 6 years working in foodservice at the University of St. John’s and the Seminary. Hildegard was also a woman of deep faith who was active in her church, Seven Dolors in Albany, as well as the Christian Mothers and the Legion Auxiliary.

Our sincere condolences to my Aunt Hilda’s children and her extended family. Aunt Hilda will always be remembered for her sweet, and loving kindness on our many visits to Minnesota. She always greeted us with an abundant table ot food, no matter the time of day we arrived. I will remember the large, healthy garden of vegetables she carefully cared for, and the beautiful flowers in her well-tended flowerbeds. We were happy to be able to celebrate with her on her 100th birthday. She was blessed with a wonderful family, and a long life. God has blessed her with the glory of Heaven.
